How does VesperForge find my subscriptions?+

When you link your email, VesperForge scans for receipts and billing confirmations to automatically detect recurring charges. You can also add any subscription manually. New subscriptions are detected as soon as they appear.

Is my data safe?+

Yes. Your data is encrypted end-to-end and we only collect what's needed to power your dashboard — primarily your email and the subscription details you track. We never sell your data to third parties, and you can delete it at any time.

Do you have access to my bank account?+

No. VesperForge works from receipts and subscription details, not direct bank access. We never store your banking credentials.

How do renewal reminders work?+

You choose how many days before a renewal or trial-end you want to be notified. VesperForge then sends push, email, and in-app alerts so you always have time to decide before you're charged.

Can VesperForge cancel subscriptions for me?+

VesperForge gives you direct links and step-by-step guidance to cancel through each provider quickly. You stay in control of the final action, and we track everything you've cancelled and saved.

How much does it cost?+

There's a free forever plan for tracking a limited number of subscriptions. Pro unlocks unlimited tracking, automatic detection, and advanced insights — billed monthly or yearly, with the yearly plan offering the best value.

Who handles billing and payments?+

All paid plans are processed securely by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax, and receipts on our behalf.

What's your refund policy?+

We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. If VesperForge isn't right for you, email us within 14 days for a full refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Can I cancel my VesperForge subscription anytime?+

Absolutely. You can cancel your plan at any time from your account settings, and you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
