• Your email address — used to create your account, deliver license keys, and send service and billing notifications.
• Invoice details you enter — such as your name, billing address, and company/VAT details needed to issue a valid invoice.

We do not collect the contents of your browsing, documents, or any data processed locally by our browser extension beyond what is strictly necessary for the feature you use.

• To provide, maintain, and support the Service.
• To process subscriptions, issue invoices, and prevent fraud.
• To send essential account, security, and billing communications.

We never sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not share it for advertising or marketing purposes. We only disclose data to the limited service providers described below, and only as needed to operate the Service.

We rely on a small number of trusted processors:

• Paddle — our Merchant of Record, which processes payments, calculates taxes, and stores billing information. Paddle handles your payment card data; we do not store card numbers.
• Infrastructure and email providers — used to host the Service and deliver transactional emails.

These providers are bound by agreements that require them to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.

We retain account and invoice data for as long as your account is active and as required to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
