Terms of Service

The Service is operated by Vesperforge (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Payments and billing are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”). When you make a purchase, Paddle is the seller of record and Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to that transaction.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to, and not to help others:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
• Circumvent usage limits, licensing checks, or security measures.
• Upload malware or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Scrape, harvest, or misuse data of other users.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section, with or without notice where required to protect the Service or other users.

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) until you cancel.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price.
• Applicable taxes (such as VAT/GST) are calculated and collected by Paddle based on your location.
• We may change subscription pricing; changes apply to future billing periods and we will give reasonable advance notice.
• If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and suspend access until payment succeeds.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the management link in your Paddle receipt. When you cancel:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
• You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
• Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund except as described in our Refund Policy.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which offers a 14-day refund window subject to the conditions stated there. In short: eligible refund requests made within 14 days of purchase will be honored, but subscriptions that have been actively used beyond the applicable use period may not qualify.

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, content, and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose while your subscription is active.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated terms here and updating the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
