Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains our 14-day refund window and when a subscription qualifies for a refund.

1. 14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal, provided the conditions below are met. Requests made after the 14-day window has passed are generally not eligible.

2. No refund after the use period

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are not available once the subscription has been actively used beyond the applicable use period. A subscription is considered “used” when core paid features have been accessed or consumed in a way that delivers the value of the plan.

In practice, this means: if you purchase and do not meaningfully use the paid features, you are eligible within 14 days. If you have already used the paid features to obtain their benefit, the purchase is non-refundable even within the 14-day window.

3. Renewals

Subscription renewals are also covered by the 14-day window from the renewal date. To avoid an unwanted renewal charge, cancel before your billing period ends — see our Terms of Service for cancellation details.

4. What is not refundable

  • Purchases where the 14-day window has expired.
  • Subscriptions actively used beyond the applicable use period.
  • Charges resulting from failure to cancel before an automatic renewal, outside the 14-day window.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@vesperforge.app from the address on your account with your order or receipt number. Because Paddle is our Merchant of Record, approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country. Where mandatory local law grants you broader refund or withdrawal rights, those rights apply.
